Ideal escape from the hectic crowds around the lake.

Bellano is far quieter than other towns and the accommodation is in a quiet part of Bellano… so some peace and quiet are to be expected. It has its own little beach and grassed area on the lake which is perfect for a sunset vino or two.

The bed is a fold out sofa, BUT, it is comfortable.

Home away from home for us as a Family of 3 plus dog

We arrived with a hearty welcome provided with ice cold drinks in the fridge and a snack on the table. This spotless clean apartment has everything you need, the friendly host has thought of everything for humans and their furry Family member. The beds are comfortable as is the shower in the spacious bathroom. We loved sitting on the beautifully decorated terrace. Ideally located as there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from just a short walking distance away. We can definitely recommend Il Porticciolo

Wonderful stay on Lake Como

Nice little cozy studio, on the shore of Lake Como. Well equipped kitchen, with everything one may need, toiletries, easy check in and access to the location. Great location, a few steps to the train station and bus stop, with easy to reach shops and restaurants near by. Wonderful host, very easy to communicate to and very friendly and helpful. Bellano is a wonderful little town, quieter and more peaceful than other more well known locations on Lake Como, but definitely is worth a visit.

Our stay in Bellano was absolutely perfect. The apartment is just 3 minutes from the train station, yet located in a quiet and peaceful building with easy access. It’s compact but has everything you need, including air conditioning. The host was incredibly thoughtful—Ivana stocked the place with water, basic food, even first aid supplies, and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. She also provides clear, detailed check-in instructions, including videos, which made our arrival completely stress-free. Everything was super clean and well organized, and communication with her was flawless from start to finish. We especially enjoyed the small terrace with lounge chairs, where we spent our last afternoon reading with the sound of birds all around. There’s a public beach and a Conad supermarket just 5 minutes away on foot. We slept deeply and in total silence every night. We truly felt at home and cared for. Highly recommended!

12/10 one of the best places we have ever stayed

such an ideal location!!!!! could not recommend more. With all the kitchen utensils you didn’t need to leave if u didn’t want too. Bellano wasn’t as tourist based compared to other lake towns which was nice as you could explore then choose to go to ferry or train station to see other areas!! right beside semi private harbour! Ivana was super nice and helpful. She welcomed us and left some water/wine for our arrival. If you are looking to go to lake como do not choose to stay anywhere else. super value for money, clean, very well stocked, comfortable and most important a beautiful location! we will be back :)

First time in Lake Como

It's conveniently situated near Bellano train station. Very close to the ferry point and food oulets.Quiet and a cosy place. Nice coffee powder provided and lots of marinating options if you are keen to do cooking during your holidays.

Really nothing to complain except the check in process was a little rushing.

Great apartment in a great location with a very accommodating host!

the host Ivana, was extremely sweet and always made sure she was available for anything we needed. she even stocked the apartment with snacks and a bottle of Prosecco in case we got hungry. the location was amazing: right next to the train station, so we didn’t have to drag our luggage far to check in. Also: teh check-in process was so easy and seamless. we arrived late due to train issues, and ivana was so flexible and accommodating. the apartment itself was very comfortable and super clean! we had everything we needed and more!

Wonderful sunny retreat by the lake

Perfectly located right by the train station and a few minutes walk from the ferry boat stop from Bellagio. The sofa beds were really comfy. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could wish for, including cold drinks on arrival. It was a few steps from the harbour where you could swim and the evening sun on the terrace was lovely, especially in the reclining deck chairs. Also just 5 mins from the well stocked supermarket (note they are closed in the early afternoon).

Spotless and great location

Top location, smooth check in and they even hold a parking space for us. you have everything you need, the ground floor with the terrace and view of the lake is just amazing. nice details from the owners leaving you some water, champagne, pasta and other things you might need. we can totally recommend this apartment for your stay in Bellano.

this is just a personal note: some new ( maybe white ) sheets and towels would be a nice improvement.

Nice located clean and spacious apartment

Clean and spacious apartment that has everything that you need. It has a partial view to the lake from the terrace and if you cross the parking lot, you have a super nice kind of balcony right in front of the lake. The apartment it’s two minutes away from the train station in a calme small town from where you can get the boat to visit others towns surrounding the lake. Host is nice

Excellent! Comfortable!

The LOCATION! The apartment is literally across from the train so it was perfect for hauling self and luggage from train. It's also on the lake with access! The grocery store and eateries are not far, and again having the train station across the road (but you don't hear the train at all from the apartment), it's easy access to the other town along the lake and ferry to cross the lake! The apartment is cutely decorated, well stocked for any travelers needs, and I mean WELL stocked!!, with a little patio, kitchen, washer.....you name it! The host had it there making my stay comfortable! Wasn't expensive in my opinion.

Great location, close to center of Bellano and ferry, two steps from train station. In apartment was everything we needed, and much more :) Apartment was very comfortable and very clean. The bed was a surprise - it was extreemly easy to prepare for sleeping and very comfortable! In apartment you can find everything you need for cooking, washing, everything you can need for your stay in Bellano.

Небольшая, но уютная квартира почти на берегу озера! Рядом вокзал и автобусная остановка, магазины тоже рядом. Городок небольшой, красивый, спокойный. Очень гостеприимная хозяйка, всегда была на связи и быстро отвечала на все вопросы, которые возникали. На кухне были соль, сахар, растительное масло, специи, питьевая вода. Мы были без машины и это нам очень облегчило готовку. Спасибо огромное! Терраса тоже очень уютная, можно завтракать с видом на озеро и горы, просто сказка! У нас получился чудесный отпуск, я влюбилась в Комо, очень красивые места, обязательно приеду еще!

Кондиционер работал слабо, хотя мы его включали редко, так как было не очень жарко. Или я просто не разобралась с пультом:)))

De locatie was perfect. Tegenover het station, prachtig uitzicht op het Comomeer. Dichtbij restaurants en supermarkt. Dichtbij de Orrido een prachtige kloof.

Het bed is een slaapbank, dat was niet heel comfortabel. Maar de rest van het knusse appartementje maakte dat weer goed.

Alt. Ivana havde sørget godt for os, samt vores hund. Den var der dækket fint op til med dyne og håndklæde og madskåle. Alt var pænt og rent . Der var ikke behov for aircondition, hvis døren til terrassen blev holdt lukket midt på dagen. Der var en flaske prosecco til os. Beliggenheden er super. Sofasengen var virkelig komfortabel. Der var mange forslag til udflugter.

Geweldig genoten op premium locatie

Geweldige locatie vlak bij bakker, restaurants, strandje, alles aanwezig, en snelle reactie van de host bij vragen. Leuk comfortabel terras, lekker genieten van flesje prosecco met uitzicht op meer. Alles spreekt verder voor zich. En ik kan het iedereen aanbevelen.

Persoonlijk punt, ik ben niet zo een fan van slaapbanken, maar was verder goed.
