La situation face à la mer près de centre est très bien. Belle vue mais un petit peu gâchée par les voitures qui bouchent en partie la vue. Je recommande.
La porte de la toilette grince et c'est désagréable la nuit. La tente solaire ne fonctionne pas. Avoir un parking privé est très intéressant mais il est très difficile même pour une voiture moyenne.

Location climatisé,proximité du centre-ville, en face de la plage.
Place de parking très étroite, la voiture passe au centimètre de millimètre. Il y a 3 emplacements mais d’autre voitures se gare derrière donc manœuvre compliqué car cela réduit l’angle de braquage.

Emplacement idéal (vue mer, proximité centre ville). Place de parking.
Place de parking étroit pour un gros véhicule. Insonorisation moyenne car simple vitrage sur la baie vitrée donnant sur la rue (on entend tout si on dort sur le canapé lit). Pour les personnes agées, compliqué d'ouvrir ou de fermer le logement car il faut baisser ou lever le store manuellement puis ouvrir/fermer à clé. Pas pratique.
