Es war in Ordnung, jedoch nicht so wie es im Internet dargestellt wurde. Man hatte sich mehr versprochen.
Der Balkon war sehr schön, es gab einen großzügigen Ess-/Wohnbereich, saubere Armaturen in Dusche ect., Strandnähe
Abgeplatzte Ecken und dreckige Wände, keine Handseife um sich die Hände zu waschen, kein Geschirrhandtuch, Ofen war dreckig, Spüle tropfte, die Blumenkästen und zum Teil Stühle auf dem Balkon waren kaputt, in der Tiefgarage hatte man das Gefühl, dass die Parkplätze nach Lust und Laune angeordnet waren, es kaum Platz zum wenden gab, zu eng, dass ein Teil der Fahrzeuge nur mit sehr viel Geschick und vielen Einschlagmanövern die Tiefgarage verlassen können,

Nähe und Weg zum Strand. Nähe zum Pool. Aussicht vom Balkon in den Wald.
Parksituation in der Tiefgarage ist ein Witz. Ein großes Auto (Familien Bus) hat 0 Chance. Außenparkplätze der Stadt Kolberg werden wie bei der Stasi überwacht. Binnen 22 Stunden 2 Tickets bekommen. Insgesamt 500 Zloty. Die Parkplätze sind -bedingt- schlecht als Bezahlparkplätze ausgewiesen. Fernseher ohne Smartfunktion. Der Lichtschalter im Wohnzimmer für die Schlafzimmer ist lustig 😀. Pin für die Tür fehlt bei Jantar, kann man sich aber erfragen/abschauen. Die Betten sind irgendwie wie im Knast (Eisengestelle). Schlüsselübergabe am Hafen ist ebenfalls ungünstig.

Schwimmbad etwas „billig“ gebaut. Man sieht schon einige Schäden.
