About this cottage rental
Recently updated and adorable cottage on a wooded lot that is located near Lake Tawas and is just a short walk away from shopping in the downtown area.
One bedroom has a bunk with a double bed on bottom and a single bed on top. The upper bunk is close to the ceiling and is ideal for a child but too small for a full grown adult. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed.
There is a fire pit in the yard and a charcoal grill available. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and pots and pans for cooking, a microwave, full size refrigerator, and coffee maker with a selection of coffees and teas available. Bathroom was redone in fall 2020. Please bring your own beach towels.
Important: Fines are applied when house rules are broken. Those include NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES.

This property was a small cottage with everything you would need. Perfect for a couple or a single traveler. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to all areas of interest. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was good. The TV was easy to use and the kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal.

Everything was so clean and cozy! The kitchen and even the bathroom were very well stocked. All of the small things that you tend to forget were all thought of by Candice. There wasn't anything that she didn't think of to provide, honestly. The snacks she provided were such a nice personal touch, and my kids thoroughly enjoyed them. We can't wait to go back! Thanks, Candice!
