THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE A/C. This is a very nice home, with lots of sleeping space for guests. It is well-stocked with kitchen supplies, and enough plates/cups/silverware for large parties. The interior is older, but in good working condition. The beach is beautiful. The hosts were very welcoming and available for any concerns.We stayed in August during a pretty good heat wave. The upstairs was so hot, difficult to sleep in. The home had a room fan for each bedroom and living room, which was very thoughtful! We just weren’t mentally prepared for the lack of AC, and didn’t notice the comments in prior reviews. Not the owner’s fault.This home would be splendid for big groups when hot weather is not in play.

Great vacation home with lots and lots of usable space for all 8 of us. We had fun on the beach, swam in the water, played endless card games on the dining room table, and created delicious meals. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and more. The extra refrigerator in the laundry room was a big plus. We all slept well and were very comfortable on beautiful mattresses and cozy bedding. The neighbors were very nice and after a short introduction, they let us be to enjoy ourselves. Thank you Cathy for sharing your vacation home! God Bless!

This was our second week long stay at the LeBlanc Home and it was exactly what we all needed. We stayed last year as well, but the weather this time was unforgettable. With 3 grand parents, 4 parents, and 5 kids aged 6 and under, we were able to have serious beach and lake time all but one day. We love Tawas, Marions Ice Cream, Mr. G's pizzeria, flying kites, playing games in the evenings with all the windows open, and can't say enough about the views. The neighbors are very kind as well. We hope to book another week next Summer as well, eveyone is already looking forward to it.
