Excellent communication with the owner. She was very accommodating and responded quickly. The house is in a great location and neighborhood, near to retail and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property. The only minor issue was the air conditioning in the master bedroom. The entire house cooled well but there was a noticeable warmer difference in the bedroom. There was a standup fan and ceiling fan that helped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it had everything we needed.

We stayed at this rental last year as well. Good location. Instructions for check in and check out were clear. Lots of kitchen supplies to be able to cook meals. Host responds quickly.

Nice clean, well equipped and maintained home, close to everything convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings.
