Sitting on the fifth floor of one of South Kihei's most beloved oceanfront properties, this modern, beautifully appointed two bedroom retreat is the kind of place that ruins all other vacations in the best possible way. Sweeping ocean views, refined island interiors, and a lanai so good you will reorganize your entire day around it. Once you experience it, you will understand why Maui has a way of calling people back.

Accessed from both the living room and the primary bedroom, it is generously sized and furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, cooled by an outdoor ceiling fan, and positioned perfectly to catch every shade of gold and rose that Maui's legendary sunsets have to offer. The en suite bathroom takes things even further, with a circular vessel sink, a large glass shower with a detachable shower head and surrounding jets, and updated finishes that feel more luxury spa than vacation rental. The property is smoke free, one parking space is included per unit, and exterior cameras are in place throughout the common areas for everyone's comfort and security.

My husband and I had to make a last minute change in accommodations due to storm damage. The change worked out fantastically as this unit was wonderful. The property sits right on the ocean. The views and sounds are amazing! The condo is large, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The property management group was very easy to work with. They strive to meet or exceed your expectations. I would recommend this unit to other visitors.

The condo was clean and exactly as represented. The patio was lovely and overlooked the ocean, a wonderful place to sit and drink coffee in the morning. Everything was clean and well appointed. Staff were responsive and helpful. Our only feedback would be: the non-primary bedroom got pretty hot, probably because there isn't a dedicated AC unit plus the windows to the hallway aren't glass, just screens.

Great location, loved the view!Would have appreciated soap dishes in the bathrooms. And maybe a starter kit for coffee is supplying at least a couple of filters in a little bit of coffee for the first day or two upon arrival would’ve been appreciated.
