About this villa rental
Due to HOA policy the minimum stay is 6 nights/7days. This one bedroom condo is located in Phase 4 of Mesquite Country Club. It’s fabulously remodeled with a king size bed and beautiful furnishings.

There are two private patios - one facing the pool (close but not too close) and the other looks out to the San Jacinto Mountains. Your patio has a BBQ and table and chairs for those fabulous Palm Springs nights. The unit comes with a washer and dryer and everything you need for a fantastic vacation. mesquite has beautiful walking trails and it’s just across the street from the golf course clubhouse.
Gated Community Access — Important to Know
Our property is located inside a secure gated community. As registered guests, you will receive an access card that allows you to enter and exit the gates freely throughout your stay.
Please note:
• Visitors, Ubers/Lyfts, and food delivery drivers are not granted direct gate access.
• If you are expecting a visitor, ride-share, or delivery (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.), you will need to meet them at the front gate to let them in.
• The community does not offer remote “buzz-in” access for non-registered guests.
This setup is part of the community’s security policy and applies to all residents and hosted guests. Thank you for understanding!

Shops are a good walking distance for a younger person. They do have the preserve that has lots of walking trails.

The place was very comfortable and the kitchen was great, allowing us to cook most of our meals. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.Our host went beyond and above for us when we had to navigate a medical emergency.

Everything about the complex and the location was excellent. The only slight ding was that the living room and patio furniture could have been more comfortable.

Host was welcoming and helpful. We thought for the price we paid there would be more amenities. It was very sparse, bear minimum was provided. We felt we over paid.
