Panoramic views of the bay off 94th st. Wonderful sunsets . See the bay from the large deck, living room and master bedroom. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo includes a queen bed in master and 2 single beds in second bedroom. One bathroom with tub/shower combination and one with shower. Living room with queen sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and Dryer in unit. Unit has been almost completely remodeled. TVs, DVD, WIFI, private balcony, elevator, direct bay front, large deck along bay for fishing and crabbing, parking for 1 car, non-smoking, no pets. Renters must be 25+. This condo is not wheelchair accessible.

Pros: property owner was lovely to work with and the place was clean with a good view. Beds are comfortable too. Cons: Didn’t read the fine print and didn’t realize that linens ARE NOT provided, nor are paper products. It was at the very end of the property description but I didn’t see it. So thankfully there was toilet paper, but no towels or sheets. Of course, this made for a scramble to figure out what to do, buy a towel at a nearby souvenir shop, etc. Also, the main bed is not a king, but queen size. Lastly, tvs could be upgraded to smart TVs to allow for using apps. Overall a good time in a nice property. Just wish there were linens.

When we arrived the house smelled like Dog kennel and urine , the furniture was old dated and not in the best condition, the sofa needs to be professionally cleaned because it really smells Bedding needs to be Replaced the Best thing is the view over the bay. But we cleaned with Bleach spray got air freshener and Candles, Table cloth for the messed up kitchen table. and made the most of it and said no more VRBO for us we will use a realtor so if things not right they can switch you to a Better place.somewhere else
