When you're not sunbathing on the sand, you'll be less than three miles south of Flagler Avenue's local shops, popular boutiques, and variety of restaurants. You'll even be within day-tripping distance (70 miles) of Central Florida's most famous amusement parks, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The main house has three bedrooms (with two queen beds and a queen futon) and two bathrooms; the pool house has one bedroom (with two twin beds) and one bathroom.
An outdoor shower is available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 40 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House had no hot water for the first 5 days of our stay. Tried to get us to move 20 miles away from the beach although we were unwilling to move so the hot water had to be fixed. The house itself is wonderful, close to everything, and everything it was said to be. I guess the only real issue is that there are not clear instructions about how some things are done and schematics to indicate something are rather unclear and nobody was available to explain them. Again, wonderful house once hot water issue was fixed. Communication about certain things might have been a little clearer.

Overall cleanliness could have been better but they did respond to us. Potholders dirty and towel closet in disarray. Otherwise good.

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay for the month of July at this beautiful property. Designed and decorated beautifully with the most wonderful pool and outdoor entertaining area. Did not disappoint.
