Came down with brother in law and father in law for a golf weekend. Location was fantastic, central to everything and next door to Myrtlewood. The unit was clean and had enough starter supplies to last us the whole weekend. Absolutely no complaints about unit itself per se. The reduced rating is with the inconvenient and archaic property management methods still being used. The check in process was very rigid because it was an in-person check in with a physical key. This posed an issue for us since 2 of us were flying in and had a tee time. They asked me to send a picture of my ID and a the credit card I used with all but last four of my number covered via text message. No secure portal or interface which made me very uncomfortable, but with no other options presented. Thankfully, my brother in law was driving in and was able to pickup the keys during their check in window of 3-5. A simple switch to deadbolt keypads would make this entire issue moot. We had no issues while there, but I was the last to leave the unit and the office where keys needed dropped back off (again unbelievably archaic and inconvenient) is located offsite. I had to ask my Uber driver to make an additional stop on the way to the airport.
Hopefully, management can transition to electronic entry, ditch the need for a scheduled check in and can make the entire process more secure and streamlined.
I want to reiterate that the unit itself was perfect for a long weekend and a guys golf trip.

It have enough room to fit our needs. We were missing sheets and towels. Let the office know and they arrived two days later. The only other issue was we couldn’t get the tv in the bedroom to work. Minor fixes.
