Close enough for short drive to things to do yet not in the center of the madness that can be a vacation destination. House was perfect, pool area was phenomenal and the huge walk in shower with the rain style shower head was just the perfect touch needed

I can't express how much of a great experience we had at this property. The Host Mr. Walsh was quick to respond to any questions my family had and gave us clear directions at the property regarding rules and how to operate certain things in the house. The house itself is beautiful. Spacious, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. I would rent this property again and recommend to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Mr. Walsh for such a great experience.

Paul and Becky’s home was beautiful and the photos online don’t do it justice! It was spacier and more furnished than the photos show. The home was clean and was the perfect size for our family of four! Both the bath and beach towels were a convenience as well as the laundering supplies, beach equipment (coolers, floaties, etc.) Lanai and pool were beautiful. Paul was incredibly responsive and provided excellent guidance beforw and during our trip. The location is a great neighborhoold however we found food + attractions in Cape Coral a bit limited and found ourselves traveling to Fort Meyers for activities. Overall, a great stay! Thank you , Paul and Becky!

We had a great time staying! Family of 5 spent most of the time around pool. Paul was awesome to accommodate our last minute trip and multiple changes with our plans. Talking about service! House was very clean had everything we needed and pool are was great. Thank you Paul and see you soon!
