The unit was beautifully decorated with spectacular views! So convenient to the beach. We had an amazing time and the host was very communicative.

The property itself is excellent in location and cleanliness. However the front desk staff will not help you if you rent from the owner rather than through them. The real estate company that advertised this property did not mention that the concierge office is closed. I had problems during check in and check out and even entering the condo when we were locked out. There is no way to contact Jan Hunter other than to e mail her and leave a voice mail and hope they return your message.They all work remotely and nobody picks up the phone. Very frustrating experience with communication with Maui Paradise Properties. I won’t deal with them again.
