The house was beautiful! We loved the views and quick ride to the beach. We spent our time between the pool and beach. We also cooked a big Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was very well equipped. The rental company was awesome and very attentive, they were such a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this house and made some wonderful memories.

We booked this house last minute and the staff at Oversee answered our questions almost immediately prior to booking and answered all of our questions during our stay in a timely fashion.
The house was clean and provided excellent views of the Topsail state park, dunes and Gulf of Mexico.
Our only issue was that the house didn’t have any pantry essentials (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.), which might be due to COVID.

Great location and beautiful property. Had several issues that shouldn't have happened with a high-end rental. Management response was quick, but the dishwasher issues was not resolved during our stay. Still, we'd stay there again.
