Offering three levels and a gas fireplace, this family home provides a cozy atmosphere at any time of year. The upper level is a master suite with a queen bed and a full bathroom with dual sinks, a new quartz countertop, and a large dual shower with two new showerheads. There is also a built-in desk/dedicated workspace, and a ductless heat pump (heater/air conditioner) specifically for this upstairs suite. The lower level has two bedrooms and a living space that is perfect for movie nights! Let your kids run around in the large fenced backyard, make delicious meals on the gas grill and enjoy them out back. Afterwards, take a dip in the hot tub under the night sky. Find relaxation and convenience in this quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with close proximity to downtown Coeur d'Alene!
This home is located on the North Idaho Centennial Trail, which will take you to the new, beautiful McEuen Park on the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene just six short blocks west. The same short walk south will take you to Sanders Beach at the base of Tubbs Hill, where you can swim in the lake or picnic in the parks. Make sure to bring your golf clubs, as the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course is one mile east of your front door. Come wintertime, the thrilling ski slopes of Silver Mountain Resort are just 36 miles east. And if you're bringing the kids along, you can make the easy 20-mile drive north to the famous Silverwood Theme Park.

Perfect location for the CdA marathon. The family could view the run 4 times just 2 blocks from the house. Beautiful backyard. Recommend more than 4 kitchen trash bags for week long rentals though. The Cusinart coffee maker didn’t work well but there was a 2nd one available. The high chair and pack n play were awesome to have. We would stay here again.
