In a quiet and relaxing area of La Baule and close to Pornichet, you will enjoy its many shops, its market and many summer activities. Possibility to park without worries:
• 9 minutes by bike from Pornichet beach and 15 by bike from la Baule beach
• 5 min by car from the shops and the Pornichet market
• 8 min by car from Lajarrige Avenue and its market twice a week

• In the evening during the summer in Pornichet: the festival of Renc'arts: free outdoor street shows of high quality.
• Saint Nazaire: visit its shipyard and submarine base and visit the submarine L'Espadon
• Great choice of beaches to start with the Bay of La Baule but also those of Sainte-Marguerite, Saint-Marc, Bats-Sur-Mer, Le Pouliguen
• Nantes: approx. 50min by car
