-5 bedrooms each with its private bathroom including a King bed bungalow, a Master with King bed and television, 2 modular bedrooms with queen bed and single bed, 1 queen bed bedroom.
- Electricity for Air Conditioning is PAYABLE (approximately 12/14 US$ per night).
The entire villa is at your disposal including a large private parking lot, a motorcycle garage, easy to access via the main boulevard of Las Terrenas.
Very beautiful sea view at the front and surprising rear view of the hills.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa! The rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable, giving everyone in the family plenty of space to relax. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool — the kids spent hours playing while we enjoyed lounging nearby. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare family meals, and the outdoor area was perfect for dining together. The location was peaceful and they provide security Guard. Overall, it’s an ideal place for families, and we’d love to come back!

We had tons of space and amenities were great. There was only two of us but this space would be great for a large group.

Beautiful property not well maintained. Dated appliances, furniture and fixtures. Worn, cracked furniture. Cracked bed pads. Sun shades missing. Low water pressure. Hot water initially provided on a limited timer. After 3 days of cold showers learned to instruct concierge to leave hot water on 24/7. Landscaping neglected. Some ceiling fans and A/C units didn’t work.
