About this apartment rental

Very spacious living room and salon, separated by a modern kitchen block with all kitchen appliances. Separate bathroom with bathtub and double sink 2 x double rooms with private bathroom (walk-in shower) 2 x quad rooms with bunk beds. 2 separate toilets. Total area 120 m². Complemented by a shared roof terrace of 40m².
Lounge, satellite TV, WiFi and separate storage cupboards for all your ski or cycling equipment. Parking and bus stop to the slopes, ski slopes at 10 minutes.

Quality accommodation

Quality accommodation

Spacious 1st floor apartment 120sqm. We were two families sharing the property (9 people in total) and the accommodation was more than adequate with large living areas and pleasant views. Located 10 minutes drive from Les deux alpes, with parking off the road opposite it was a convenient location. Well presented and well equipped, we have stayed in many accommodations over the years and this was one of the best!!

Impossible to get to Les 2 Alpes without a car

This property was incorrectly advertised. I was told by the owner that buses would pass outside of the building regularly. When in fact we only saw 1 bus pass within the 24 hours we were there. We had to book another property for the week in order to get to les 2 alpes in order to ski. All of this hassle caused us to miss a day of skiing. When messaging the host about the issue, we didn’t hear from him for several hours at a time and Nobody was there to welcome us at check in. To have a shower the heating had to be turned down; which meant the building then became very cold. No refund was offered by the owner. Only a charge of using bedding!! The only good thing about this stay was the view out of the balcony.

Although the property is on a main junction, it’s a good quiet spot with impressive view across the reservoir. Very good apartment for a large group, easy access to les2Alps and not too far from neighbouring ski areas for a day trip, biking and walking areas, so is a good central location for outdoor activities. Good outdoor deck area for catching the sun and eating. You need a car to make the most of you time, but the local bus stop is just across the road so quite practical to travel by local transport from Grenoble and up to les2Alps.

De vakantiewoning is super netjes, wij waren er met een aantal fietsmaatjes en hebben er ons prima vermaakt en genoten van het schitterende uitzicht op het stuwmeer./ Als we dan toch nog iets minder positiefs moeten vermelden dan is het de vloer van het grote terras. De kunststof planken zijn door de temperatuurs verschillen schots en scheef gaan liggen, is zelfs een beetje gevaarlijk te noemen. Vakantie woning is zeer aan te raden!!

Emplacement facile d'accès en hiver, a deux pas des deux alpes. La vue est incroyable. Le logement est très propre, rénové avec simplicité et goût. Et par ailleurs il se veut très fonctionnel Quant aux propriétaires, ils sont extrêmement disponibles. Merci pr ce beau moment de partage que ce lieu nous a offert Natacha

laatste week van september met 8 volwassene verbleven in dit appartement het appartement is keurig schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien prachtig uitzicht over het stuwmeer het is een prachtig startpunt voor een aantal uitdagende fiets routes in een fantastisch mooie omgeving het restaurant onder het appartement staat al jaren leeg en geeft het gebouw een verlaten indruk, maar eenmaal binnen merk je hier niets meer van en ziet alles er piekfijn uit perfect voor twee gezinnen met kinderen de stapelbedden zijn ook groot genoeg voor volwassene prima vakantie gehad ook het mooie weer heeft daar aan bijgedragen, maar daar heeft de verhuurder helaas geen invloed op

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Le Bouquetin sehr genossen. Die Abwicklung und der Check-In lief problemlos und sehr unkomplitziert. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Stausee und ist in wenigen Autominuten an Startpunkten für Wanderungen und andere Outdoor Aktivitäten. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Unterkunft direkt an einer teilweise sehr lauten Straße liegt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu 8 und hatten reichlich Platz. Immer wieder gerne!

Appartement confortable avec une vue sur le lac du chambon A courte distance en voiture de la station les deux alpes. Seuls points négatifs : pas de congélateur et de lave-linge et 2 chambres relativement étroites selon notre point de vue.

Location spacieuse et très propre. Vue magnifique mais location un peu trop excentrér à notre goût (rien à faire à pied). Autre bemol pas de télé.. celle ci ne recevait pas les chaînes et personne n'a pu intervenir pour résoudre le problème (contexte soit, mais même en période hors covid je doute que quiconque se serait déplacé de Belgique pour cela). Idéalement faudrait il prévoir une personne à proximité pour intervenir en cas de petits problèmes techniques en dehors de la femme de ménage.

Un séjour superbe dans l'appartement "Les bouquetin 1": spacieux, propre et très pratique, nous avons passé un très agréable moment. Bien agencé et à 15/20 minutes de la grande station "Les 2 Alpes", c'est l'endroit idéal pour se reposer entre amis et/ou famille. Seul petit bémol sur l'isolation sonore: il y en a très peu et il arrive d'entendre rapidement des bruits (chaises, enfants) au dessus. Mais ce bémol est rapidement effacé par la vue sublime qu'offre ce logement. De plus, les propriétaires sont très disponibles et arrangeants. Merci à eux pour ce moment passé

Très belle location avec une situation exceptionnelle. La vue du balcon est imprenable. La terrasse commune est très agréable. Le logement en lui même est spacieux, les lits confortables, les salles de bains neuves et modernes. Beaucoup d’espace de rangement ce qui n’est pas le cas partout. Pas mal de choses à faire des les environs pour ceux qui aiment le sport en montagne, ou juste profiter du magnifique paysage du lac chambon..

Mooi ruim modern appartement met een prachtig uitzicht. Goed onderhouden, zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een paar kilometer van de piste verwijderd. We verbleven er met 2 gezinnen in februari 2020, en we hebben een heerlijke week gehad. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
