Villa Irida consists of 2 apartments on the ground floor for 8 people.
Villa Irida is located in the coastal region of Agios Spiridon in Pertheia, on north Corfu. The villa extents in a peaceful area surrounded by olive trees, has large patio with swimming pool(heated on request with additional cost), outdoor 7 seats Jacuzzi and fully equipped B.B.Q area of 100sqm, heated and enclosed with large dining area, kitchen, dishwasher and many facilities.
In villa Irida, there are 2 apartments on the ground floor for 8 people. The apartments consist of 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and two with two single beds, two fully equipped kitchen areas with dining tables, two showers enclosured, balconies and veranda. Bed chairs and umbrellas and big parking space are also available in the villa.
The Villa Irida also offers an outdoor B.B.Q. in the large and blooming garden. Outdoor seating and dining area is perfect for spending afternoons or evenings outside in the unique countryside of Corfu , enjoying calmness, tranquility, fantastic sunset view and friendly environment.
A lovely sandy and safe for small kids beach ‘Molos’ is 250 meters walking or driving distance from the villa, where you can find restaurants and bars.
In Agios Spyridon about 700 meters there are supermarkets and ATM. There is also a tourist office that you can book your excursions, rent cars, motorbikes and bicycles. Antinioti lagoon is nearby where you can make a route around the area and see the vary types of birds, fish and other species as well as visit small nearly isolated beaches with natural beauty. Boat rental is also available on the beach. The bus station is approximately in 2KM.

When we just came into the property immediately knew - "This is definitely a place to keep in our favorites and return to". The landscape, surroundings of the villa and the villa itself seemed even better than in pictures. The villa being located on the top of the hill, giving it a sense of privacy and a flow of fresh air. Communication with the owner / property manager was fairly good. The inside and outside of the villa are clean and well maintained. The living area near the pool is spacious and well equipped but could use ceiling fans to keep it cooler when temperatures are high. The nearest beach is just 5 min. walk and there are 2 grocery stores in 10 min. walk from the villa. The manager of the property is living with her family on the 2nd floor of the villa but you will barely see or hear them.
Few things to keep in mind before you are booking:
1. Mosquitos will join your stay outside of the villa and could really be a nuisance if you don't put mosquito repellent.
2.There is no handle for the door of the villa, from the outside so if you forget to take out the key and find yourselves locked outside, you will have to wait a few hours until a locksmith arrives and you will be required to pay 50-70 euros for this service.
3. You will receive 2 rolls of toilet paper, for your stay, included in the payment for the villa, but if you need more - you will have to buy it yourselves.
All in all we have had a pleasant time there and would highly recommend it for your vacation.

Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Super Blick auf das Mittelmeer und das Festland. Die beiden kleinen Appartments sind sauber und ok. Aber das eigentliche Highlight ist die am Pool gelegene offene Wohnküche. Die ist wirklich toll und hier spielt sich das eigentlich Leben ab, wenn man nicht auf der Terrasse, im Pool oder Whirlpool sitzt. Die Besitzer der Villa wohnen im oberen Teil der Villa, haben aber keinen direkten Zugang zur Terrasse mit den Pools. Sie waren bei uns sehr zurückhaltend und wir haben uns nur dann und wann gegrüßt. Die Küche ist im Prinzip sehr gut ausgestattet (uns haben die Rührer vom Rührgerät und ein größeres Brettchen zum Schneiden von Gemüse gefehlt. Wir haben im Herbst dort und dann und wann war es recht frisch. Der Ofen in der Wohnküche heizt begrenzt gut und durch die heruntergelassenen Rollos kam die Kälte schnell wieder rein. Trotz dieser kleinen Kritikpunkte hatten wir dort eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Set on a hill only a 5 minute Walk from the beach you will enjoy stunning views from the property. There are two beaches within easy walking distance, but the pool is great and cleaned regularly and the hot tub which we didn’t think we would use is a fantastic way to relax with a drink whilst enjoying the scenery.
The open kitchen and living space is quite unique, with a pizza oven and large BBQ you have everything you need for alfresco living.
The kitchen has everything you’ll need and was the best appointed of any accommodation we’ve ever stayed in.
The nearest town is only 7 minutes away by car but there are a couple of local supermarkets and Tavernas within 2 minutes drive.
The owners who live above the property are very respectful, quiet and are out most of the time so don’t interrupt your holiday.
Finally there is a little black cat who occasionally drops by who is very friendly and enjoy some company.
