Welcome to your cozy yet large home that is perfect for any size group. When we say the house is stocked, it is fully loaded and the check-in is as seamless as possible. Large backyard backed up to trees, deck with seating and firepit, the highest quality beds and linen that is extremely comfortable and much much more.
MASTER BEDROOM - includes a brand new extremely comfortable KING size bed with all bedding provided and matching furniture set. The Master bedroom's TV equipped with its own cable app. The Master also has it's own full bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and toilet. Brand new ceiling fan.
BEDROOM #2 - Bedroom #2 includes a comfortable queen bed with sheets, pillows and bedding, smart TV with cable app and large closet. Brand new ceiling fan.
BEDROOM #3 - Bedroom #3 includes a comfortable queen size bed with sheets, pillows, and bedding, closet and tv with cable app. Brand new ceiling fan.
DOWNSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM/BEDROOM #4 - Lower Level is used as a downstairs Family Room, or Bedroom #4. This is the perfect room for a couple, multiple kids, family or group of people. A large mounted Smart TV is equipped for video streaming, Cable App TV and networks such as Netflix and Hulu, Includes 2 brand new queen sofa beds and large couch. For larger groups, there are 4 queen size air mattresses that are bed height that can also be available. The area is also perfect for those with several kids. Make a pallet of a bed using the extra covers for a large sleeping area for the little ones.
KITCHEN - The kitchen is fully stocked with any amenity you will need for cooking. Kitchen is stocked with all you should need to cook a typical meal. This also includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, utensils, children dishware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, dishwasher, cups, sugar, flower, oil, salt and pepper, coffee and many other spices. Please contact us with any special requests.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Public pool and water slides 1/2 mile down the road as well as Marcus 18 cinema. Several great restaurants 5 minutes away with easy access to Hwy 70, Hwy 40-61 and Hwy 367. Close to the St. Charles Convention Center and Historic St. Charles Main St. With access to the 3 main Highways, this home is as central as possible to anywhere in St. Charles County, Chesterfield, Maryland Heights, Lake St. Louis, St. Peter’s/O’Fallon, Wentzville, Crete Couer, Florissant, etc.

Outside - The large backyard backs up to forest area with a deck. Deck includes patio furniture, propane BBQ Pit and Fire Pit.
LIVING ROOM AREA - The Living Room includes 2 couches and 2 chairs. A Large Smart TV is capable of App TV networks such as Netflix and Hulu. Also includes cable TV with box.
KID FRIENDLY / BABY & INFANTS - Kids young and old love our home. Provided are toys, board games and home also has the basics such as dinnerware (plates, forks, spoons, bowls, sippy cups), high chair booster seat for dinner table, stroller, pack-n-play, baby bath, Baby Gate, baby wash clothes and towels.
LAUNDRY ROOM - Washer and Dryer located downstairs.
GROUP SIZES - Perfect for Single Travelers, Small Gatherings, Families with Multiple Children Young and Old, Couple(s) Trips, Large groups of 14+. Ideal for 8-10 adults but can accommodate groups with more than 10 adults.

STRESS FREE STAY - Forget Something?? The entire house is stocked from the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, etc. Trying to spend a day shopping or a night out? Plenty of Shopping centers and restaurants to choose from.
Backyard update: we have just completed a brand new retaining wall. We ask that all guests do not go near the retaining wall area while the fence is built on top. A brand new patio is being poured on the lower level of the retaining wall early Late September.. Until then, we do ask all guests to stay away from those areas. The firepit and seating is still accessible on the top level of the back yard.

Property was a great location for our purposes, to see Lewis and Clark info and to drive along the Missouri River. Comfortable, plenty of towels, enjoyed deck in back.

This home worked out perfectly for us. Everything was clean and everything we operated worked well (bathrooms, showers, refrigerator, ceiling fans, TVs, clothes dryer, coffee maker, microwave.) The beds were all super comfortable. We liked having some extra space in the basement in case someone wanted to be off on their own for a bit. It's a very convenient location for anyone visiting, with easy access to I-70 and to MO-94/MO-364, and especially good for us since my sister lives about a mile from there.
The owners were extremely prompt when contacted upon arrival (I asked for the location of spare light bulbs) even though it was fairly late (10:30 or 11p). They let me know I could contact them for anything at any time, which was very nice.
Highly recommend this home for other renters.

We stayed here while in St. Charles for my son's wedding. The space was perfect for our family gathering. There was room for the kids to play. Loved the extra refrigerator in garage. Very nicely decorated and comfortable for all.

Three kids, parents and dog…. Was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfy. Kitchen well stocked. We have two very large vehicles (ram 2500 and suburban) so the driveway was tight but workable.
