The two bedroom private floor plan, includes a kitchen with lovely cherry wood self-closing custom cabinets, beautiful granite counters, custom back-splash, and top of the line appliances. The well equipped and newly updated kitchen has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal! There is dining for 5 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen area opens up to the living area with large 50in. Smart TV, comfy seating for 4, and remote controlled fireplace. The property features a full size washer and dryer and two car garage!
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Main Bedroom has a King bed, ceiling fan, TV, Western fairway views, and walks out to the back patio. Main is adjacent to renovated bath with walk-in tiled shower w/corner bench seat and sliding glass doors. Guest bedroom has a Queen bed, closet space, ceiling fan and petite en-suite bath with walk in stall shower.
OUTDOORS
You walk out of the living area to the extended tiled patio with cactus garden, four burner BBQ grill, dining table for six and fire table lounge area. A great place to relax, an amazing place for your meals, morning cup of coffee, or evening sunset cocktail. Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18 hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and Clubhouse. Membership is required to use Tennis and Pickleball courts. Very clean and nicely updated. We enjoyed the back patio. We also cooked every night and found the kitchen well appointed.

The good:Palm Desert Resort Country Club is in a great location and is a great golf community. The property, check in was very easy. The home is exceptionally well stocked, even has lots of pool accessories, games, linens and towels. we didn’t need to bring anything. The bad: this property was surface cleaned only. Upon check-in, there was trash under furniture, there were very large cobwebs on the ceiling. We sent pictures of this to the property manager, and our report back from them was we will let the cleaners know, there was no offer to clean or apologize. The place is very dark inside, there were several bulbs burnt out we contacted property management and they wouldn’t be replaced for a week. we took it up on ourselves to replace them and found all the lights were 15w bulbs. Even when we replaced them with brighter bulbs, the place was still very dark. The patio that is beautifully presented in the photos is very deceiving. It is unsafe being next to the 17th Tee Box, the patio was constantly being hit by golf balls, and so poorly lite that we had to use a flashlight to use the grill at night. We couldn’t use a major feature property, lounging on the patio. The property backs onto a very busy street that is concealed by a wall of dense trees which intern blocks any sunlight. We are definitely coming back to Palm Desert resort country club next year, however, not to this property, there are so many better options.
