Newly Renovated 2 Bed / 2 Bath Condo in Palm Desert Resort CC!

The two bedroom private floor plan, includes a kitchen with lovely cherry wood self-closing custom cabinets, beautiful granite counters, custom back-splash, and top of the line appliances. The well equipped and newly updated kitchen has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal! There is dining for 5 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen area opens up to the living area with large 50in. Smart TV, comfy seating for 4, and remote controlled fireplace. The property features a full size washer and dryer and two car garage!
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Main Bedroom has a King bed, ceiling fan, TV, Western fairway views, and walks out to the back patio. Main is adjacent to renovated bath with walk-in tiled shower w/corner bench seat and sliding glass doors. Guest bedroom has a Queen bed, closet space, ceiling fan and petite en-suite bath with walk in stall shower.
OUTDOORS
You walk out of the living area to the extended tiled patio with cactus garden, four burner BBQ grill, dining table for six and fire table lounge area. A great place to relax, an amazing place for your meals, morning cup of coffee, or evening sunset cocktail. Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18 hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and Clubhouse. Membership is required to use Tennis and Pickleball courts. We had a wonderful vacation while staying at this property.The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals.The beds were comfortable and clean linens.We look forward to staying here again.

This property is the nicest I've stayed at. They location is beautiful and the house is in great condition. Super homie feel. Had no problems checking in and we had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped condo. Kitchen had everything. There were supplies for our use. Loved the comfy bed. Just a short walk to the pool. Pickleball at Freedom Park every morning. We did not pay to play at the resort.
Negatives: condo is a bit dark. Golf balls frequently carom off patio, even with security fence: Oasis Park rd is just across the tee box right off the patio. Oasis Park Rd. Is pretty noisy at night.
Management company staff were the best we’ve ever experienced. Thank you Ashley and Boris.
