very nice storm door was reported the first day as broken, No one ever showed up to fix it.downstairs AC control does not work properly.

The location we love, but the house needs a lot of TLC. There were multiple problems including the air filters that looked like they were never replaced. One was so clogged it folded in on itself from pulling air. One of the toilets barely worked and there was obvious previous water damage in many places as well as many cosmetic things that needed to be fixed and updated.

This is the second year we've stayed in this house. It has great views to both sides, with a wetland behind the house with lots of birds. Somehow there are no mosquitoes! It's about a five minute walk to the beach, just across the road. You can hear the waves from the top deck. Also walkable to the fishing pier with a bar and restaurant. It's a good sized house, with four bedrooms and three full baths. There's also an outdoor shower which is nice for getting sand or fishing muck off before going inside. There's a games table with bumper pool. Great light in the house and convenient location near restaurants, shopping, etc.

Property needs updated,saw a few cockroaches spindle missing on outdoor upper deck a small child could fall off the deck,not much of a welcome package loved the pool and area and very close to beach walkway
