Great Location, new lower rates on access road to Burke Mountain Ski Area .

Excellent location especially if you are skiing Burke Mt or cycling on the Kingdom Trails. Just be advised that this is an older trailer that is a rough around the edges and can require occasional creative fixes.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Vermont rental house. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The setting was beautiful surrounded by nature and very peaceful, yet still close enough to local attractions and activities. We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. We would definitely recommend this house rental to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in East Burke, Vermont.

This property is at the best location! Big yard, woods all around and the owner allows my dogs to come. It is well equipped and comfortable!

I spent a week here and it was an excellent stay. This is a basic trailer with very limited up keep. The location and an easy place to rest after riding all day is what makes this place shine. With that the listing is extremely misleading. There is no AC in this trailer, a huge disappointment as it is the reason i chose it. I ended up having to buy a box fan during the trip to combat the heat. The outdoor shower is not operational. The garage and ping pong table are not able to be used. The bike wash is not operational. 2 of the 3 smoke detectors were chirping low battery. When entering the trailer the first time. There were cob webs to be cleared and a number of mousetraps spread through out that needed to be cleared. I will say that even with this i had a great stay. If you’re looking for luxury, cleanliness, and all amenities accounted for this is not the place for you. If you enjoy camping and can go with the flow this place can be a great value with unbeatable location.
