Ample outdoor entertaining on both upper and lower levels, BBQ on upper level, ensures a high level of comfort and versatility. Supplied by rain water, full double glazing throughout and solar hot water, make this an environmentally friendly holiday destination.

The Encounter bike-way marks the front of the house with direct access to Boomer beach below.

The beautiful town of Port Elliot is just a short stroll away. Watch the whales in winter and the surf all year round. Property has ensuite upstairs and main bathroom downstairs. Laundry with washing machine, dryer and clothes line.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
