About this villa rental
Detached villa located in the upper part of the town, independent but not isolated, comfortable and private, ideal for families who want to enjoy every comfort and safe for children. It is 450 meters from the beach and 750 meters from the town square; all services are easily accessible on foot. Large garden with green lawn, gazebo equipped with table, BBQ, outdoor shower with hot water, sun loungers. Internally the house is on two levels. The ground floor consists of a dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms (one double and one double with a bunk bed) both equipped with TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets, bathroom, utility room and laundry room with washing machine and freezer in the cockpit. Upstairs there is an air-conditioned bedroom (with a double and a single bed) and a bathroom.
