About this villa rental
"Casa Nostra" is an elegant villa surrounded by the blue sea of Lipari. The fantastic aeolian sea is just 2 km far from the house. As you walk through the entrance you can breathe the scent of flowering trees and the charming atmosphere of total peace and relaxation.
The villa is surrounded by lush plants and flowers; it is situated on a hill, the port of Lipari, the fortress that surrounds the ancient city and the island of Vulcano. On clear days you can even see Etna Volcano on the mainland!
There is a large car park. The outdoor areas of the property are furnished with comfortable chairs, tables and chairs to enjoy the magical view of the island. There is also a portable barbecue and an outdoor shower with hot water.
The interior of the villa is furnished with antiques furniture in typical and polished Sicilian taste, paying attention to the comfort and well-being to its guests.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a sofa, a fireplace (not in use), a dining area and a full-equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with an elegant bookcase and ancient pottery; very notable the terracotta floor with sicilian majolica. Two large glass doors connect the living room to the huge covered terrace where there is a stylish outdoor lounge and table with chairs for unforgettable lunches and dinners overlooking the sea.
Bathroom with tub and two bedrooms en-suite.
The first room "Nene" can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a double bed, a private bathroom with tub and walk-in closet, a safe deposit box and ceiling fans. This room leads to a patio overlooking the mountain side, furnished with a table, chairs and benches.
The second bedroom "Emma" is for 2 adults and 1 child (max 8 years old). It has a double bed and a child bed, a bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, safe deposit box, air conditioning and ceiling fans. This room leads to a covered terrace with sea view.
"Gemma" for up 2 people: it has a double bed, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The two sides of the terrace.
"Casa Nostra" is Sicilian hospitality. The naming "Casa Nostra" means "My home", because we want our guests to enjoy their holiday feeling as "at their own home".
For stays longer than 15 days we apply to 10% discount.

We do not have enough good things to say about Casa Nostra. After you get over the windy, steep road up to this gorgeous house, you won't want to leave. The furnishings are Italian/Mediterranean in white, blues and yellows. Elegant but livable. Kitchen well equipped, everything is spotless. The views will have you glued to the patios, wine glass in hand. Many thoughtful touches like a welcome basket, local olive oil, vinegar and salts and lots of candles to burn. Plenty of storage space, beautiful gardens all around. Local caretaker doesn't speak English but is a lovely, warm person who manages to communicate with those like us who have limited Italian speaking skills. We were very sad to leave this little piece of heaven.

La Villa Casa Nostra è dotata di ogni confort. Dalle fotografie e dalle descrizioni avevo aspettative molto alte ma la realtà le ha ampiamente superate. La casa era pulitissima ed in ordine sia all'interno che all'esterno. Ogni camera da letto ha un ingresso proprio in modo che gli ospiti possano essere indipendenti. La cucina è attrezzatissima per ogni esigenza e la zona giorno molto accogliente e spaziosa.
All'esterno si apre un ampio patio con tavolo da pranzo e divani circondato da un lussureggiante giardino con vista mozzafiato su Lipari e sull'isola di Vulcano. La Signora Irma e tutti i suoi collaboratori sono sempre stati disponibili a tutte le nostre richieste ed esigenze. La consiglio caldamente.

location invidiabile, panorama splendido a pochi minuti da tutti i servizi. bar, ristoranti , porto ecc...
accoglienza premurosa, i padroni di casa sono gentilissimi,cosi' come i loro collaboratori.
