For your comfort, the beds are distributed among the rooms as follows:

→ Two single beds in the 2nd Bedroom;
→ A double bed in the 3rd Bedroom;
→ QUEEN SIZE sofa bed in the living room
Dine in the well-equipped KITCHEN, with all the utensils and appliances you need to prepare a good time at the table, feeling as if you were at home:

→ Coffee Machine;

In addition to the kitchen, you can count on two BATHROOMS for a relaxing bath after visiting the city.

In a small area, you can get in touch with a mixture of CULTURES, thanks to the diversity of the area's commerce and specialized stores.
Within a radius of 5 km it is possible to visit the historic and centenary LIVRARIA LELLO and one of the most BEAUTIFUL McDonald's in the WORLD, located in an old bank, on Avenida dos ALIADOS. If you want to explore further, stop by the famous BENTO STATION, once a Convent, where you can take a tourist TRAIN and discover the beautiful LANDSCAPES on the banks of the Douro River
To drink some COCKTAILS with your travel companions, you can go to the most famous streets BOHEMIAS, the Paris Galleries that come to life after 11pm. It has several BARS of different styles, so you can try each one, from fado, pop, rock and the 80s.
Getting Around:
If you are taking public transportations, just take the metro and leave at station Trindade.
From there is only around 10min walking to the apartment.

- Check-in starts at 3pm and ends at midnight - after that time, a fee of €15 will be charged.
- Check-outs end at 11 am; after that time, you will be charged a midnight fee and if you want to check out after 2 pm, you will be charged a full night.
- Would you like your pet's company? You can bring it with you for an additional charge to be returned in full at the end of your stay if there is no damage (200€).
- We would like to inform you that we have a garage available at a cost of €19/day. If you wish to use the garage (if there is space available - Reservations are required), you may do so by making this extra payment.
- If you need a crib, we can provide one for 49€
- The tourist tax in Porto has a cost of 2 euros per night per person, up to 7 nights (already included in the reservation fee).

We had a flawless stay here in Porto. This place is huge and had plenty of room for our family. I would highly recommend a stay here. Great location.

We had a lovely time here! Great location. Very walkable. Cool and dark bedrooms that felt private and lots of space. The only thing was there were no instructions on how to access the parking and that was very confusing, but the parking was easy after given instructions on how to open the garage door. Highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful modern oasis in the city with only a short walk to the train station, metro and many sites.

The unit what is comfortable in a fairly good location. A major downside is that it’s a former office converted into a living space. As a result the layout was kind of strange and very few windows and minimal natural light.
Two of the bedrooms were quite small and the bathrooms were tiny. The mattresses were also extremely firm. There were also all panels hell water damage spots that need addressing. It’s a good value place that provides you a good safe place to sleep, but not comfortable enough to hang out for an extended stay. I’d rank it about a 3.5.
