Welcome to Back Bay Condominium's at Put-in-Bay. We have two second floor units, located adjacent to each other, for rent for the 2025 season.

We love our visits to the island and we hope you will too. The Zeitzheim Family has owned both these Put-in-Bay condominiums for more than 20 years.
Back Bay Condominiums are located on the corner of Toledo Avenue and Langram Road on the water near downtown Put-in-Bay.
In fact we are just about a three minute stroll from the heart of the island's downtown district where you'll fine unique shops, more than a dozen restaurants, all kinds of attractions and loads of entertainment. After a day full of fun activities, come home to a relaxing condo on the lake where you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony with a beautiful view of Kelleys Island and the Perry Memorial, or an evening watching your favorite television show or movie. Both units are spacious and open and are located adjacent to each other.
A metal gate separates each of the condominium units along the large balcony they share on each floor. The gate between our units can be unlocked when both units are rented by the same family or group of friends to make entertaining easier.
This wooden deck provides a nice view of the lake and overlooks a large lakefront yard. There is deck furniture at both units for your use.

Our stay at Lakefront Condo D was very nice. The location is close to downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. The view on the back deck is amazing, with sunrises on Lake Erie, Perry's Monument, and fireworks the highlights.

Had a great stay at the condo. Was a nice location to be away from the craziness but still close enough to it for a quick walk and go indulge in the entertainment.
