Beautiful and ample villa inserted in the quiet of the Pinewood of San Pietro a Mare, in the municipality of Valledoria (SS), among maritime pines and eucalyptus trees. Located 300 meters from the very long free sandy beach, where equipped bathing establishments are also available. The house has a private entrance, a large private garden, a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a veranda with an umbrella and an outdoor living room. Private parking space.

Wir waren 2 Wochen zum Saisonende im Oktober hier. Die gesamte Anlage besteht aus einzelnen Häuser und vielen Pinien und grenzt unmittelbar an den großen Strand und die Lagune.
Die Wohnung war für uns vier sehr großzügig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Appartement ist recht gross, und interessant geplant. Man hat fast alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Anlage befindet sich auf einem kleinem Hügel, so dass ein Teil der Untergeschosses der Wohnung sich unterirdisch befindet. Dabei sollte man öfters lüften damit kein Feuchtigkeitsgeruch entsteht...geht nach 2 Tagen weg.
Trotzdem wieder gerne und sehr empfehlenswert!

Los propietarios fueron muy amables dejándonos entrar antes de la hora fijada. Sin embargo, la propiedad es muy diferente de las fotos. El jardín es mucho más pequeño y está bastante descuidado, al igual que el entono (un pinar muy sucio). La salida del aire acondicionado está en el porche exterior, por lo que si está en marcha no se puede estar por el calor y el ruido. Por dentro la casa es como en las fotos, aunque las habitaciones están en el piso de abajo y por ello falta luz. Lo
Mejor es el aire acondicionado, que funciona perfectamente y sin ruido, por lo que se descansa muy bien por la noche.
