Dobra lokalizacja - blisko Business Centre Kraszewskiego oraz Lidla. Mieszkanie czyste i wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne przy wizycie służbowej. Wygodne łóżko. Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z gospodarzami obiektu.
Strome schody (mieszkanie na 4 piętrze) i brak windy - do wzięcia pod uwagę przy planowaniu wizyty i pakowaniu. Bardzo wąski wjazd na parking na podwórzu kamienicy - w suv'ie konieczne jest złożenie lusterek żeby przejechać.

Za taką cenę to dobra oferta na krótki wypad/przespanie się gdzieś.
Drzwi wejściowe ledwo trzymały się w futrynie, nie przetrwałyby mocniejszego kopnięcia. Podłoga porysowana, w łazience codziennie było czuć smród papierosów, zapewne od sąsiadów. Sporym minusem była jedna kołdra, pomimo zadeklarowania dwóch osób. Prysznic miał trochę pleśni. Przydałoby się dorzucić więcej wieszaków do szafy, bo były tylko dwa zdatne do użytku.
