Amenities, they were nice. There is a pool, a hot tub, sauna and steam room. All were nice. Hot tub a little older and water had a bit of a smell buy may just be the local water or if jets had been sitting awhile, overall very nice. Overall I would recommend it based on amenities and the host is very nice and very responsive. Neighborhood is kind of cool, not terribly close to the center of Athens if this is what you are looking for, but the neighborhood is nice and has a market next door. Once again, owners very nice and good hosts.
Power tripped for some reason, possibly using sauna and steam room, but the host was very responsive and came to fix the problem. Also as mentioned hot tub a little worn and had a bit of an off smell, also was not heated when we arrived so it was not available for use the entire time. Although the amenities were nice, there were a few maintenance issues...dings on refrigerator, seemed like it might be leaking, toilet in half bath did not have a seat, marble had a visible hole by one handle in shower. Also at times there was a surprising amount of noise outside at night. Overall I would reccomend, however if I am paying the hefty price to rent, I would expect things to be maintained perfectly.

The pool is wonderful. There's lots of space. The beds are comfortable. The place is clean. Nice shower. At night it is amazing, there's really nice lighting around the pool, and the acropolis is lit up off in the distance. We didn't use the sauna but it looked neat. Found a nice coffee shop with baked goods about a minutes walk.
Hard to communicate in run up to arrival. Nobody met us on arrival, we needed to call for somebody to swing by with the keys. Being dropped off in front of a cash and carry warehouse we were concerned we were in the wrong place. Apartment was very hot, like the A/C had only be turned on just before we arrived or that under-powered for the space during summer months, took most of the night to bring temperature down. Conversely, the hot tub was actually cold. Outside speakers were removed at some point leaving just the brackets, those would have been nice as the sound system inside was was each to connect with bluetooth. All of the above could be improved by owner/manager. Things that are unlikely to change - There's only one shared shower unless you count the one in the sauna (but there's no privacy as it's glass door onto the main hallway). Sleeps 4 adults and 1 kid comfortably, wouldn't say it sleeps 6 people. During the day the views of the neighborhood are not so great, it's a part of the city that's not is attractive.
