Located just 200 meters from South Beach, this cozy beach house offers a large deck with a pergola, gas BBQ, and bistro blind for all-weather enjoyment. The sun-filled living area features polished timber floors, an enclosed fireplace, and a stylish kitchen with an island bench.
Set on a spacious allotment with a creek bed and backing onto reserve land. Ideal for a small family or two couples, the two King Singles can be converted into a King bed.
Sleeps 4, Quality linen and cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.

The house was spotless, with all the necessary amenities: coffee machine, pots/pans, crockery, cutlery, air conditioning. All close to South Beach (200m)beach with walking profits to Somer General Store café and short drive to Balnarring forfantastic shops, IGA and Wine Bar.

This cleverly renovated beach chic cottage with beautifully maintained gardens was the perfect relaxation get-away. It had everything - felt more like the owners had just left and we were house-sitting for the weekend. We just loved it and will definitely come again! Thanks for having us :-)

We had a very enjoyable stay and even stayed a day longer than expected.
The beds were super comfy and accommodation very comfortable too.
