Perfect location. Close to a metro line that is accessible to all parts of Madrid. Lots of restaurants, shops and places of interest in walking distance.
Not easy to take up luggage as the lift is between floors and you will have to carry luggage.

Excellent location, good room amenities (but was expecting more for the price paid) and smart layout of the room (made the most of the small space). The interior rooms are very quiet.
Although the rooms are well equipped, it's too bad they are somewhat dirty (mostly the bathroom/shower area). We also received dirty towels, which could not be exchanged due to the reception being closed. Very expensive for the amenities offered.
