The comfort level of beds, they are old and need to be replaced.

Location!, beach, Studenac market, Retro bar & restaurant all near, plenty of towels, kitchen spacious and well equipped, working A/C + fan, bathtub, parking!, big enough refrigerator+freezer in corridor, balcony, welcome cake, bed and towels changed upon request, friendly host family.
4th floor. View from balcony covered with green. One bed a bit louder.
