Location, shops and staff
Very outdated. I had a shower over a bath with no safety rails. Very dangerous. Everyone else I spoke to had a walk in shower.
The pool sunbeds were old and very uncomfortable. Why not invest in modern beds with proper soft cushions to lie on?
The pool floor was rough and dated. I cut my toe on a jagged edge.
There are no generic toilets on Level 1.
Old fashioned key provided for room. Needs upgrading to an electronic card.
Bedroom was tired and worn. Desperately in need of decorating in places.
