Amazing stay with a peaceful neighborhood

The bedroom contains a jacuzzi, something we both enjoyed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The host kept some juice and yoghurt in the fridge for us to use.

There were times when we were running out of hot water, probably because of using the jacuzzi. We had to wait several hours before we could get hot water on the tap. Internet connection was at times poor for some reason. The host was kind enough to explain everything in French, although I did not understand a single word of it. Would be nice to have all instructions printed out in English.

Prima onderkomen voor twee mensen, die rust in een landelijke omgeving op prijs stellen.

Verblijf in een apart huisje achter in de tuin. Erg rustig gelegen, met een parkeerplek vlak naast het huis, en voor de deur een eigen een terrasje met tafeltje en twee stoelen. De ruimte was goed: een keukentje, eettafeltje, doucheruimte met toilet, en een bubbelbad. Dat laatste was voor ons overbodig. De bedden waren goed. Het geheel was schoon en keurig ingericht.

Er was een miscommunicatie met de eigenares over het ontbijt. Ik had een vraag gesteld via Booking; zij zei dat ze daarop geantwoord had, maar geen antwoord teruggekregen; ik zei dat ik wel bevestigend geantwoord had, maar kennelijk is dat niet aangekomen. Ik kreeg de indruk dat de communicatie via Booking niet goed verlopen is. Daarom moest zij voor ons ontbijt improviseren, zodat het een beetje karig was. Maar we betaalden wel het volle pond van 2x€11=€22 . Dat vond ik wel een beetje duur voor wat we kregen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Au calme, logement propre avec le minimum nécessaire, ce qui suffit amplement pour quelques jours. De plus la dame était très accueillante.

Belle expérience en couple, emplacement du "nid" calme, propre et bien équipé. Un plus pour la baignoire balnéo, pour se détendre après une journée de visite des environs.
