About this house rental
Come stay in this beautiful home hidden the lower Yucatan cove of La Quinta. Located in a very quiet and private neighborhood , this charming relaxed style home faces the Santa Rosa mountains, which are within an arms reach and right next to the scenic bike trail which goes along the entire cove. This section of the lower cove is very special, because you have no power lines and street lights so the nights are spectacular with the glowing stars. The Old Town of La Quinta, with its many fine restaurants and stores, is within walking distance. PGA West and the Mountain Golf course are nearby as well as the world famous La Quinta Resort Hotel and Spa. Fritz Burns Park is very close with public tennis/Pickle ball courts and best of all, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is 4 miles away.
This home has travertine floors and a very large kitchen with black granite and a center island as well as a bar. The living room with a large 'L' shaped sofa and PLASMA screen TV opens up to the pool/spa area which faces the beautiful Santa Rosa mountains. We as well as our guests, like to lounge by the pool and barbecue and enjoy the desert view by day and observe the star filled sky by night.
The master bedroom has a beautiful King size bed with armoire and Plasma/dvd player. The door to the master bedroom open up to a patio. The master bath has a steam shower and a jacuzzi tub as well as a very large walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. And the third bedroom has a queen bed (with TV) with large closet and opens up to a back patio.
The fourth possible bedroom is mainly used as a TV room, but has pocket doors and a sofa which can also accommodate quests (we also have a blow up queen pillow top mattress in case you need a comfortable bed(2 minutes to inflate). We also have four bicycles for your enjoyment and some pool toys. We love our La Quinta home and we hope to have the pleasure of accommodating you.

Love this location, house and landlord. Perfect on all fronts for us and our visitors. We spend three happy months and look forward to doing the same in the future. Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, great pool and hot tub and very responsive to any requests. Very happy

This was our third year in a row escaping winter. The second at this location. Will be back for a third!
The house is sunny and has all the required amenities and the neighbourhood is fabulous if you like to be active. Full praise for Ursula who always makes us welcome and feel at home. We’ve been very happy here.

Perfect time in the desert. Can’t wait to return. A quiet neighbourhood with exactly what we look for in the desert - peace and close proximity to old town and all the biking and hiking trails. Host is 5 star across the board. ⭐️

We enjoyed a carefree family weekend in the desert. The house had everything we needed and more... It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable. We liked the French doors and their open access to the pool area with mountain views. It was convenient having garage access too. The neighborhood is peaceful and located close to the village. Ursula was a fabulous host. She was easy to reach and super responsive. We look forward to our next visit!
