Overall it's quite good looking place near the city center. The castle and main balloon observation decks are reachable with car or even on foot. It's quite cozy inside thanks to modern interior. Owner helped us with late night settlement. Also the parking is pretty nice, special place right in front of the house was available for us.

Unfortunately, there was numerous small problems which are not acceptable at this price point. It was very cold inside the apartment with no heaters proposed for such case. Bed was unbelievably loud and it was not possible even to turn around at night without bothering each neighbor. The water was problematic — pretty cold or hellishly hot. Internet was not reachable at all, we've got "no internet access" error on each device (smartphone or laptop) and it was crucial for us during balloon festival. And finally the whole apartment was surrounded with boggy excavations around the house, but it looked temporary.
