Затишні, чисті та комфортні апартаменти..поруч є кавʼярня з повноцінним меню їжі. Лояльний орендодавець, безконтактна передача ключів, є ліфт
Це не стосується орендодавця, просто такі особливості цієї новобудови: тонкі стіни, довго очікувати на ліфт і він доволі маленький, краще підійматись сходами

the modern apartment with everything you need. very kind hosts. quite far from city centre, but close to airport and train station

The apartment was very nice and had what one needs for a few days break in the city. From our perspective location was not perfect, but the quality of the place compensated for the long distance from key areas, so nothing to complain. Host was readily available and comfort level good. Having separate bedrooms so no need to sleep in the living room is a great feature, too.
All I did not like were related on details the host can not influence. Like getting out of the staircase to the street without a key should be a given thing from safety perspective, but the housing unit has opted to require electronic key for opening the stairway entrance from the inside, too. Distance is not a problem as taxi transport easily available at all times.
