Our family had a fantastic stay at the cabin, which was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cozy. My family was thoroughly impressed with the cabin, and we loved the beautiful views and the hot tub. The only drawback was that the kitchen supplies did not include enough wine glasses for a group of 10-12; there were only two small ones. The location was gorgeous, and I highly recommend iTrip vacations to customers. The property was centrally located to many attractions, and the management team was very helpful. The environment was delightful, with decorated Christmas trees, although I wish the Christmas tree lights had been working to create a more holiday-like ambiance. Nevertheless, this did not detract from our overall vacation experience.

Nice place but needed to add our own TV service to TV’s and would need a PIN number to do so that isn’t provided. Also would be nice if place had a crock pot! Cabin was pretty clean.

I was very disappointed that when we got there, there was old food and open drinks in the refrigerator. There was 9 Wendy’s hamburgers in the fridge that were solid as a rock, 2 containers of food that weee half eaten and numerous juices that were left open or half used.
It took a whole garbage bag to clean out the refrigerator before we could use it and then were left with only one garbage bag for the remainder of our trip. We also anticipated a hair dryer to be in the cabin and there was not. So we had to go and buy one.
Outside of these two things, the cabin fit our needs well.
