Welcome to Casa Denice!
Casa Denice was remodeled with brand new furniture and kitchen accessories in 2018. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom elegant condo is perfect for your home away from home! Casa Denice is located on the top floor of its building with no common wall neighbors on either side, and is situated in the Portofino development, inside of Pedregal. They provide 24 hour security, 7 days a week. The condo offers a master bedroom with a California King bed and plenty of closet space. The guest bedroom offers a King size bed with ample closet space. There is a full size bathroom with a blow dryer. There is a hallway closet with a full size washer and dryer.
The living room provides a nice open floor plan with a 49 inch flat Smart Screen TV with Dish Mexico. From the living room/dining room area, you will find a patio door that leads out to the private, large, and secluded terrace where you will find a BBQ for those who like to grill out and enjoy the outdoor atmosphere with comfortable patio furniture. There is a full size kitchen with all of the appliances, pots and pans, and dishes that one will need when cooking.
The best part is the view! Wait until the sun sets and downtown San Lucas lights up...WOW! The view is amazing!
Casa Denice is definitely the perfect location for your Cabo Vacation. It is 10 minutes walking to downtown and 15 minutes to Medano Beach, so no need to rent a car and there are taxis readily available if needed. If you decide to rent a car, we provide a locked garage to store your vehicle.

My wife and I along with our daughter and son-in-law spend a very enjoyable 7 night stay. The pictures and description accurately describe the condo and its features. The location is very nice (we had a rental car but walking is possible); we enjoyed being up on a hill that removed us from the noise of the city and provided an amazing view. The balcony is fantastic and we used the BBQ a number of evenings! The beds are comfortable- the pillows rather thick though so you might want to bring your own one- if you can. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The appliances are excellent and the kitchen well equipped with good quality dishes, etc. Communication was quick and easy. Several people mention construction noise- we did not find this an issue other than the 7:30 arrival of workers- there is a caravan of vehicles which pass the building- but nothing disturbing! The one downside is that the back bedroom is very close to a road- we always use a white noise device so late night/early morning cars passing did not disturb us- you may want to consider this if you are a light sleeper. We would recommend this location!

Overall, great location & views. Enjoyed staying there. Rodrigo was exceptional….pleasant & easy to work with. Would recommend this condo. The only negative for me would be to have a TV in the bedroom. I enjoy late night movies.
