* Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only
* Check-in 4:00 PM | Check-out 10:00 AM
* No smoking
* No pets (Note: Owner’s dog has visited the home, so pet dander may be present)
Hurricane Policy:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended when booking, especially during hurricane season (June–November). If you choose not to purchase insurance, no refunds will be issued for cancellations due to hurricanes, tropical storms, or mandatory evacuations.

Great location, central to everything. Cottage was immaculate, well stocked, and beautiful inside and outside. Great kitchen, bedrooms, and private outdoor space. The house was extremely clean. Well equipped kitchen.All the kitchen cabinets are labeled. A great touch. We enjoyed the house and its privacy. We give it 5 stars out of 5.

Wonderful stay!! The house had all we needed plus more and was extremely clean and comfortable! We loved the location as we could walk to the pier at the end of the street to see the sunset or drive to the private parking area for visiting the beach! The lot was private and quiet with a nice deck in the back with an outdoor table and grill. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. 100 percent would recommend! Hope to return next year!

Great location, great layout. Loved the private beach parking. Unfortunately, the house was dirty. Toothpaste spray on the sink, dust everywhere, dog hairs in the couch, filthy oven.
