Being in the heart of the recreational corridor in the Northern Black Hills, you'll love the proximity to the local Mickelson Trail and snowmobile Trail #5 for your winter and summer adventures! Terry Peak is just a short 10 minute drive up the hill and you can actually catch a glimpse of the Eastern side of the mountain from the property! You can also enjoy the rim-rock canyon walls of Spearfish Canyon for a day of hiking, fly fishing and a summer cruise in as little as 5 minutes. ATV, snowmobile, hike, or bike straight from the cabin without having to worry about finding a trailhead, or stroll through the neighborhood and enjoy the old mining claims. With frequent wildlife, and incredible starry skies, the location couldn't be better. Keystone, Mount Rushmore, Hill City, and Custer State Park can all be accessed within under an hour's drive as well! Overall beautiful property! It’s a little more crowded than it shows in the pictures, but not bad. The master bed was super comfortable, but anytime anyone moved it was very loud. I didn’t stay upstairs but our friends that did said it needed to be dusted but their bed was very comfortable. The host was super responsive and we were even able to check in early since we arrived earlier than expected. Was very thankful to have a nice washer and dryer in the house. I would most likely stay here again in the future.

We loved the location and the cabin was overall very nice and comfortable! The only complaint we have is that the upper ledge needs a good cleaning as there was alot of dead flies. I know that is not an easy place to reach but needs a good cleaning.We also had two wasps and several flies daily in the house as they must be getting in from somewhere .We definitely would stay here again once these few issues are addressed..
