About this house rental
The holiday bungalow is located directly on Lake Müritz and has a size of approx. 65 m². It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a loft bed and a sofa bed. In the living room there is a couch that can also be used as an overnight stay. Furthermore, there is a cozy sitting area in the living room, a small oven, satellite TV, stereo, books and a games collection for our little guests. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything that belongs to basic equipment. In the bathroom there is a shower and a toilet.
The Müritzsee is max. 40 m from the house. From the living room and the terrace you have a direct view of the lake. The covered terrace offers cozy seating and barbecue facilities. A small playground and a large meadow that invites you to play football, basketball, but also badminton connects to the property. The bathing beach is located after the meadow.
Pets are also welcome on request.

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich sehr schön. Direkter Seeblick vom Wohnzimmer und Terrasse. Leider ist das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt und wir mussten immer darauf achten, dass unsere Hündin nicht zum Badestrand und Spielplatz läuft. Dort sind Hunde verboten. Die Betten sind etwas gewöhnungsbedüftig und nichts für Leute mit Rückenproblemen. Ansonsten ist für Alles gesorgt und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Das Objekt ist wunderschön gelegen an der Müritz.
Der Ostbungalow ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr rustikal und älteren Ursprungs. Liege-und Sitzmöbel sind sehr hart und unbequem.
Die Abende auf der Terasse in dieser wunderbaren Stille mit Blick auf dem Wasser sind ein absolutes Highlight.

Der Bungalow liegt nicht weit vom Wasser entfernt.
Leider ist die Innenausstattung und Einrichtungen schon etwas älter. Auch ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen über, Schränke und Schubladen waren mit privaten Sachen teilweise belegt, Wasserarmaturen schwergängig,
verkalkt oder defekt. Duschvorhang nicht frisch gewaschen, Sicherung vom Küchenboiler hat häufig ausgelöst. Lampenanschluß war mit einem Pappbecher unfachmännisch abgedeckt.
Ich würde das Objekt nur unter Vorbehalt weiterempfehlen.
Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt.
