and 2 studios on the ground floor: Objekt-Nr. 2874769 (FeWo-direkt) and object no. 2876757 (apartment direct).

LOCATION: The house Tonia is located above the PELEKAS beach (also called Kontogialos Beach) one of the most beautiful sandy beaches Korfu. 1,5 km from PELEKAS village and 13 km from KORFU town. Located on the west coast, the view from the apartments of the house over the Ionian Sea. The house is located on a beautiful hillside in the midst of a shady olive grove. Down to PELEKAS beach is about 120m walk.

We enjoyed our stay in Pelekas very much. The place wasn’t the cleanest but, for the price, it was fine. The location was excellent. It was a fun family beach, convenient to the town of Corfu if you have a car. Parking in a private lot on the other side of the road.
Without a car, it’s a 30 minute walk up a curvy mountain road to the bus stop. Many places the road is narrow and one car has to stop to let the other by. Our neighbors had trouble getting a taxi for some reason but eventually they did. At the beach are several restaurants/bars to choose from and the little market just down the hill had everything we needed to make some meals in the room.
We wished we had a broom in the room to sweep up the sand that fell out of our suits after a day at the beach. Probably could have gotten one from the hosts if we had asked. I believe they were living there in the same building.
