This three bedroom, one bath house is situated on a large manicured lawn with 20 acres of woods behind it. There is a stream running through the property. A two car garage with a bonus room is attached to the main house.

The house is located on a quiet street that dead ends in a State Park. It is located approximately 15 minutes from Cold Spring and other quaint villages along the Hudson River. It takes about 75 minutes to reach the property from midtown Manhattan.
