About this apartment rental
The tastefully furnished apartment is located about 1.5 km above Belgirate, just 5 km from the famous resort of Stresa.
The apartment is located in the upper two floors of the small residential complex 'La Verbanella' with only 4 residential units.
The property is decorated in the typical Ticino style and, thanks to its excellent position, offers fantastic sea and panoramic views over Lake Maggiore.
The 'Nido sul Lago' (nest over the lake) is accessible from the garage by a comfortable staircase of about 40 steps. Through a private entrance gate you have access to the garden, forecourt with barbecue, the main terraces and the apartment.
It feels like a unique villa in a unique location.
The apartment is surrounded by several terraces (all for sole use without access from others), the garden area with barbecue (accessible through the lockable garden gate / sole use) and small green areas, all with a wonderful view.
The apartment is large and equipped with a lot of flair for detail. Thanks to a recent and detailed renovation everything is up to date and in perfect condition.
The rooms are bright, modern, comfortable and well maintained down to the last detail.
All rooms are equipped with high quality parquet floors.
The bathroom with the special double washbasin, toilet, bidet and hydro-massage shower is large and offers a lot of comfort.
Another toilet with sink is located in the stairwell.
In the basement of the apartment is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and storage facilities.
The romantic master bedroom is located in the 'tower' with a characteristic roof truss. Also from the upper, large terrace can be enjoyed an impressive lake view.
Another bedroom is located on the living floor and has a queen size bed (width 120cm), with a comfortable pull out bed (width 80cm) underneath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, 3-fold freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, espresso machine (NESPRESSO-CAPSELN- please bring your own) blender, kettle and all necessary kitchen and cooking utensils.
A single garage with electric gate is available exclusively.

My husband and I stayed for a week, and enjoyed it very much. The condo is equipped with everything, there is nothing you would miss - starting from the umbrella in the rare case of rain, to the adapter you forgot at home. I worked from the condo, and brought an extra screen, and although the apartment was not advertised for it, I could make it work. The host is super responsive and helpful. The airconditioning in the bedroom is great, we slept well. The kitchen and living room can get pretty warm, but this is Europe in the summer! It is in the description, but understand this has a steep staircase and is not appropriate for anyone who has trouble walking, or walking upstairs. Can definitely recommend!

Für meinen Mann und mich war es der perfekte Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber und die Aussicht einfach fantastisch. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen. Es ist sehr ruhig, man genießt das Vogelgezwitscher und den Duft der Blumen. In der Wohnung ist an alles gedacht und das Infomaterial ließ für uns keine Fragen offen.
Sowohl der Empfang als auch der Kontakt waren sehr sympathisch und reibungslos. In Belgirate gibt es einen schönen kleinen Strand, an dem wir täglich im See schwimmen waren. Unsere Wanderungen konnten wir vom Haus aus beginnen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement-terrasse très bien équipé et avec une vue superbe sur le lac. Il faut juste savoir qu’il y a 59 marches pour y accéder. Mais l’effort est amplement récompensé par la qualité de la location. C’est un nid douillet sur le lac !

Het adembenemende uitzicht op het Lago Maggiore, de smaakvolle en complete inrichting en de sympathieke ontvangst doen je de klim in een klap vergeten als je boven bent!
