A place with lot of potential, but in need of renovations and cleaning.

The accommodation is near the beach and it looks nice, greek from the outside. AC worked well and was very needed. There was a bottle of water ready in the room when we arrived. The garden is cute.

The bathroom was not only old but it smelled really bad. Maybe because there is no ventilation system? Also, they did not come to clean at all during our stay (4 nights, 5 days). We asked once but that day we were told that the cleaning lady is "relaxing". However, we got more toilet paper after asking but we were also told that we get only one more toilet paper roll (there was 3 of us staying). There is also no hair dryer or iron or such things even though they were stated in the description of the accommodation. Pool looked nice from further away but it was also in need of some cleaning.

We like most our location which is by APOTRIPITI beach. The apartments are beautiful and surrounded by greenery. Amalia was wonderful for us,she's such a cheerful and funny woman. She had great contact with us, she was very nice and helpful. We value a lot our common morning conversations.

A fabulous few quiet days

A little piece of heaven. Lovely little beach just outside the gates, and really nice pool inside the gates. Peaceful and quiet yet just a short walk from restaurants and shops

we love the place, location, atmosphere, sea breeze, private sandy beach. fantastic, amazing, wounde

the location is amazing. 50 steps from bed to the beach. and its quite!!! in August september !!! 100 steps from the main sidari road, yet far from cars, atv, bikes and tourist. the beach is small, sandie, almos privat. you can swim or walk to the cliffs. Gorgia was amazing friendly and helped us get real olive oil. we ate figs straight from the trees, jumped to the pool and ate some grapes from the tree.

hot water & water pressure were fairly the only down side of this amazing place. it could be our room only but it was the only thing les then fantastic.

Location amazing next o the sea and good restaurant Katarina Taverna also amazing shop with good prices.Amazingly kind staff. Cleaning lady and house maintenance man so kind both of them and helpfull.Nice balcony romantic. Sunset and sunrise. Very big space in the garden with a cool swimmingpool.

Bathroom is little and overflooded with water. Sevage smell from toilet. Bed with 2 separate d matrac. I always fell in to the Sarlac pit. Pillows were to flat and gave me neckpain. Shower gel was given once , clean towels and room cleaning was done every 3 days. No water 1am to 7 am sometimes 8:45 am. First day when we arrived was no water. Tv ridiculously very high on the wall and little. Impossible to watch from that distance. Water always flooded the room area next to the bathroom.

Very nice villa right next to the sea.

The apartment is in a very good location. The staff is hospitable and very nice. We've got a very little apartment outside the villa. Had air conditioning and the apartment was clean all together. The main villa's apartments looked bigger nicer. We've got a nice welcoming gift (wine). The garden is beautiful around the apartment. Pool looked very nice altough we didn't used it due the sea is one minute from the villa.

Superb

Great location, absolutely near the nicest beach in the area. The water in the pool was very warm, children were so happy there all the time. The people were very kind, and gave us also some fresh vegetables from their garden. There were a lot of tavernas, not so much people as is for example in Croatia in the evenings in the promenades and great places in walking distance with amazing views. All the family members decided that we surely want to come back someday.

There was no place for social gathering in the rooms (for five people of us), for example bigger table with chairs in the rooms. It was not possible to be outside for this purpose ( where also wasn t the place like this) because of the insects.

Good

We were pleased to receive a welcome a gift. We enjoyed the location that was quiet and green. A picturesque beach that locates within two-minute walk made our stay. The sea on this beach was deep enough to swim and not every Sidari beach can brag about it. There's a supermarket and a Katerina's tavern with Greek cuisine close to the accomodation. Georgia was friendly and helpful.

The water was never warm enough to take a shower, especially in the morning. The shower curtain covers only from one side and doesn't reach the floor, so it was flooded each time we took a shower. If you turn the stove temperature scale to three it starts producing smoke.

A wonderful stay in this beautiful and perfectly located apartment. We can’t wait to come back!

The property is clean, comfortable and well-equipped, in the most perfect location. It is situated down a small track just outside of Peroulades village, making it peaceful and quiet and right next to the beach, but only a 5-10 minute walk from local tavernas, supermarkets and bars. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and made a lot of effort to make our stay the best it could be. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable! We will 100% be recommending this property to friends and family and we can’t wait to return ourselves.

An amazing stay! The location is superb. We stayed in the windmill that was separate from the main house which was so lovely. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming and we will most definitely be returning. We thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely loved our holiday!

Fabulous week away. The villa is tucked away at the bottom of a lane, right next to Apotripiti Beach which is a beautiful shallow beach, you can almost walk out to Mermaid Rock. The grounds and rooms are well kept and the staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend if you want a quiet getaway in a secluded location. Easy walking distance to Canal D'Amour and Sidari town. The local Tavernas are good value for money and the food at Katerina's was exceptional! We are very much looking forward to returning in the future.

Great place.

Location is really good. 4 mins walk to the closest market and taverna and 1 minute tot the beach.

We where 12 people. We couldn't gather in the evening to relax with a glass of wine because there's no place where you can fit so many people. A small terrace would be great, where it would be light and a big table.

Don’t book for the 3 people unless you want the third to have a terrible sleep. Sidari isn’t nice.

The double bed was comfortable and it was one of the nicer villas in sidari

Sidari itself was not very nice. Very brits abroad, had a big strip and reminded me of a quieter kavos. Very little culture and very busy beach. The room itself had a drainage issue so it smelt like urine a lot of the time. The pool wasn’t the cleanest. The double bed was comfortable but the single bed (aka a camper bed) was anything but. The mattress was about 2 inches deep and was a terrible nights sleep.

The property leaved the keys in a special keybox with univoque code, very useful. The gave us a bottle of home made vine for welcome. Every two days they cleaned the room and provide us sun umbrella and hairdryer. Very helpful in everything. The garden and the pool very clean and peaceful. Beautiful experience.

Opposite to the rest of ugly town

This is quite and very countryside place next to very nice quiet beach. Very breezy there so no heat during the day and night. Great place to rest and get greek way of life from Anthis. You like this place even if you have some breaks of warm water or electricity ☺️

Localization is just at the beach. On the other hand close to supermarkets and taverns. Small issue with acoustics, but that is normal for this kind of apartments. Small bathroom but fair enough. Very comfy beds. Very nice and helpful stuff. Online manager can arrange all the transfers from and to the airport (ca. 100 euro in 2022, 1 hour drive). Close to natural sightseeing walking trails. Price/quality ratio very high.

Towels replaced once per 3 days - could be done daily. However if you ask a housekeeping lady - you get new ones.

The property is mere steps away from the beach, as well as a variety of shops and restaurants - helpful when my luggage was delayed by four days! The location also made it easy to access a number of different beaches, hikes, and viewpoints in and around Sidari. An issue with a broken showerhead was promptly resolved.

Perfect location for quiet relaxing holiday near stunning beach.

Great location, very friendly cleaning lady helped out with questions and always made sure we have everything we needed. Beautiful view near stunning Apotripiti beach, comfy bed, quiet area perfect for relaxation.The hair dryer and iron was given on request to keep for the remaining of our booking.

The interior especially bathroom needs an upgrade but it didn't really bother us. The pool needs cleaning. TV didn't have connection,however we didn't need it. Bits and pieces need an upgrade but overall the pros exceeded the cons so we are happy we stayed there.
