Disappointing - expensive and misleading description

Amazing location - across the road from the water and walking distance to the old town. Perfect spot to explore on foot. A parking spot is included (as long as you have a tiny car). A rented beach umbrella and sun lounges also included, but are a fair walk from the apartment.

Beware - the description is not accurate and misleading. Apparently tourists are supposed to know this is not a hotel and bed linen and towels are NOT included (despite being shown in the photos). The apartment was tired and run down (ripped cover on the couch, exposed electrical wires on the bedside lamp, mouldy pillows, musky smell in the apartment to name a few issues). No washing up items provided (liquid, sponges etc) despite cutlery and crockery being supplied - most of which were not clean. I'm guessing due to the above not being provided. Extremely expensive for what you get - unless you are planning on staying for a while and coming fully prepared (sheets, pillows, food, washing up liquid etc) you are better off staying at a hotel!

Great location between old town and beach, air condition, big balcony, kitchen well equipped, 2 sunbeds i umbrella on the beach on price.

No WiFi, a lot of mosquitos in a hallway, i have to buy a mop to clean a floor. You have to take your own bed linien.

Gute Lage, aber schlechte Ausstattung

Lage

Keine Schüsseln. Wir konnten kein Müsli essen. Plastiksessel am Balkon war kaputt. Viel ist schon viele viele Jahre alt und wird nicht gut gewartet. Der Geruch im Schlafzimmer ist leicht feucht und nicht frisch. Die Balkontür schließt oft nicht/schlecht.

Für den Preis ganz ok

Lage zum Strand und zur Altstadt ideal. Auch mit Kindern absolut kein Problem. Alles im allen hat es ganz gut gepasst. Zu viel darf man sich halt um diesen Preis nicht erwartet. Man bekommt halt das, was man zahlt

Klimaanlage war leider defekt. War bei uns in der Vorsaison jetzt nicht so tragisch. Im Sommer wäre es wahrscheinlich viel zu heiß drinnen. Außerdem gibt's nur italienisches Fernsehen, was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat, da ich im Urlaub sowieso was anderes zu tun habe.
