The location was amazing.
When we arrived unable to locate any staff. We called the number a few times and no answer. The lady was outside on her phone. (Didn’t realize she worked there when we walked in). When she finally came inside. Her response “Is that you calling”. She was rude every time we encountered her. Also when booking the room it should be noted. No elevator. And what floor the room is on.
